Ingredients
- Sea Bass fillet
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 3-4 branch of asparagus
- Coriander
- Lime juice
- Salt, black pepper
- “Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
- Marinate Sea Bass fish fillet with “Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Grill the Sea Bass fish fillet on a hot grill pan for about 5 to 7 minutes, remove the fish filet and place it on a flat plate.
- In frying pan drizzle “Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fry the asparagus and cherry tomatoes for about 2 to 3 minutes
- Add the asparagus, cherry tomatoes and the coriander on the flat plate.
- Drizzle lime juice and “Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the fish for fresh organic flavor of our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper
